Offensive – Brooks Kissinger, Concordia University (Guard)
Brooks Kissinger of Concordia University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Kissinger, a junior from Ashland, Nebraska, led the Bulldogs to a 3-0 week, including a victory over 17th-ranked Northwestern. Kissinger notched at least 18 points in all three games with a high of 29 (two shy of a career best) coming versus the Red Raiders. For the week, Kissinger averaged 23.3 points and shot 61.9 percent from the floor. He ranks third in scoring in the GPAC at 20.5 points per game.
Defensive – Randy Rosenquist, Jr., Dakota Wesleyan University (Guard)
Randy Rosenquist, Jr., of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Rosenquist, a junior from North Sioux City, South Dakota, grabbed 14 total rebounds, had 12 assists, nine steals, and a block in two wins for the Tigers. He recorded an impressive eight assists, seven steals, and six rebounds against Bismark State and led Dakota Wesleyan with eight rebounds in a win against Midland.
