GPAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams Announced

Brock Seim from Dakota Wesleyan has been selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) men's basketball player-of-the-year to headline the GPAC basketball all-conference teams for 2006-07.

Seim led the league scoring this year with a 23.8 point per game average. Northwestern, Sioux Falls, and Dakota Wesleyan have all gained berths into the NAIA Men's Division II National Basketball Tournament. The tournament runs, March 7-13, at Point Lookout, Missouri (College of the Ozarks).

Other post-season honorees in the GPAC include defensive player-of-the-year Jon Ziegler from Concordia, Freshman-of-the-Year Logan Kingma from Dordt, and Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC coach-of-the-year John Hemenway from Dakota Wesleyan. The All-GPAC team is selected by the league's 13 head coaches.
