Concordia Picked in 2025 GPAC Preseason Women’s Volleyball Poll

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Concordia University totaled 117 points and was picked first in the 2025 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Coaches' Women's Volleyball Poll. The Bulldogs garnered seven of the twelve first place votes in the preseason ballot.

Northwestern was picked second in the preseason poll with 115 points and the final five first place votes. Midland, with 95 points, was picked third. Morningside came in fourth with 92 points, with Dakota Wesleyan rounding out the top five with 77 points.  

Northwestern was the GPAC Regular Season and Tournament Champions last season. Concordia advanced to the NAIA Quarterfinals in Sioux City, Iowa, after finishing second in the regular season and conference tournament.

The 46th Annual NAIA National Volleyball Championship is set for December 3-9 at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa. The NAIA Opening Round will be Saturday, November 22. The GPAC regular and postseason champions will earn the automatic berths to the NAIA Women's Volleyball Championship.

The 2025 GPAC volleyball season will consist of 16 conference matches with 12 teams competing for the conference crown. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own team in the preseason poll.
