Week 5: GPAC Women's Outdoor T&F Athletes of the Week

Field Events – Alivia Baucom, Doane University
Alivia Baucom from Doane University is this week's women's field athlete-of-the-week. Baucom, a senior from Rock Port, Missouri, placed first in the shot put at the Dutcher Memorial Classic with an NAIA "A" Standard throw of 14.67 meters. The mark is the second best in the NAIA and personal best. She also hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the discus with a second place finish and throw of 46.84 meters.
Track Events – Kerrigan Myers, Midland University
Kerrigan Myers of Midland University is this week's women's track athlete-of-the-week. Myers, a senior from Galion, Ohio, placed first in the 100 hurdles at the Kansas Relays with a time of 13.85 which hits the NAIA "A" Standard. She also placed 15th in the long jump at the KU Relays (5.30 meters).
