Concordia Wins 2025 GPAC Women’s Tennis Tournament

(Sioux City, Iowa) - Three seed Concordia posted a 4-2 (clinch) win over one seed Morningside in the Championship Match of the 2025 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Tennis Tournament. Saturday's Championship was played at the Mason Family Tennis Complex and was finished indoors at the First Serve Tennis Center because of inclement weather.

On Friday, In the play-in (quarterfinal) round, five seed Hastings defeated four seed Northwestern 4-3 and three seed Concordia defeated six seed College of Saint Mary 4-0 (clinch).  In the semifinals top seed Morningside defeated five seed Hastings 4-0 (clinch) and three seed Concordia posted a 4-1 (clinch) win over two seed Doane.

Concordia will advance to the NAIA Women's National Tennis Championship in Mobile, Alabama, at the Mobile Tennis Center on May 13-17, 2025.
