Week 8: GPAC Women's Basketball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Offensive – Cloey Dmytruk, Waldorf University (Forward)
Cloey Dmytruk of Waldorf University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Dmytruk, a junior from St. Paul, Minnesota, had a career-high 39 points in a win over the College of Saint Mary. In addition to the school-record 39 points, she also grabbed 10 rebounds in the game. She also added 19 points in a loss earlier in the week at Dordt.
Defensive – Shalayne Nagel, Dakota Wesleyan University (Guard)
Shalayne Nagel of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Nagel, a junior from Springfield, South Dakota, was a force in the paint for the Tigers in both wins last week recording three blocks, three rebounds, and two steals against Northwestern. She also added six rebounds, five assists, and two steals to her totals in a win at Midland later in the week.
