Week 4: GPAC Football Players of the Week
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following football players-of-the-week for games played the week of September 15-21, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-26 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Hauff Mid-America Sports/ Football Players-of-the-Week
Offense – Drew Sellon, Wide Receiver (Morningside University)
Morningside wide receiver Drew Sellon is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Sellon, a junior Fremont, Nebraska, hauled in three touchdowns in a win over Midland. In all he had 130 total yards on 10 catches in this week's game including a 57-yard catch that answered an early Midland score. The Mustangs travel to Hastings on September 27. Kick off will be at 1 pm.
Defense – Jack Brickhouse, LInebacker (Morningside University)
Linebacker Jack Brickhouse of Morningside University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Brickhouse, a junior from Blue Springs, Missouri, tallied nine tackles in this week's game, with seven solo tackles. He provided a defensive spark late in the third quarter of the contest, returning an interception 36 yards to snuff out a Midland drive. The Mustangs travel to Hastings on September 27. Kick off will be at 1 pm.
Special Teams – Juven Hudson, Kick Returner/Running Back (Morningside University)
Juven Hudson of Morningside University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Special Teams Player-of-the-Week. Hudson, a freshman from Watertown, South Dakota, had four kickoff returns this week, totaling 106 yards, including a long of 39 that set Morningside up near midfield and eventually allowed it to score. The Mustangs travel to Hastings on September 27. Kick off will be at 1 pm.
